Here’s a quick recipe for my paleo pancakes!
pinch of salt
4 tablespoons of ground almonds
2 tablespoons of coconut flour
few drops of Stevia (if you want)
3 oz sparkling water
honey and sliced almonds (topping)
Mix the all ingredients, pour mixture into pan and form these pancakes one by one.
