Kale Chips Recipe
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Arrange kale on a non stick baking sheet.
- Very lightly coat kale with cooking spray and a bit of sea salt.
- Sprinkle cayenne pepper on top of the kale and bake for 10 minutes or until crispy.
Enjoy kale chips with your family and friends! Keep in mind that this is for two servings.
