Chestnuts contain a remarkable nutritional composition and unlike most other nuts, chestnuts contain only a small amount of fat and oil and are abundant in fiber. Chestnuts are cholesterol free and also contain very low levels of sodium. They boast a reasonable amount of vitamin C, B1, B2 and potassium, and are also rich in mineral salts and folates.

Is there anyone who does not like pancakes? If you are on the paleo diet, there is no reason to avoid them! There are many different recipes to prepare paleo pancakes!
Here’s a quick recipe for my paleo pancakes!
pinch of salt
4 tablespoons of ground almonds
2 tablespoons of coconut flour
few drops of Stevia (if you want)
3 oz sparkling water
honey and sliced almonds (topping)
Mix the all ingredients, pour mixture into pan and form these pancakes one by one.
